Nominations for Community delegation members for the Global Fund Board

The Global Fund to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria was created to dramatically increase resources to fight these three devastating diseases, and to direct much needed resources to areas of greatest need. As a partnership between governments, civil society, the private sector and affected communities, the Global Fund represents an innovative approach to international health financing.

The mission of the Communities Delegation is to ensure the voices and issues of people living with HIV, TB and affected by malaria influence the deliberations and decisions on investments and programmes of the Global Fund to achieve greater and sustained impact for communities.

 The Delegation is now looking for suitable candidates to join the current Communities Delegation,
CLOSING DATE of the first call for all nominations is MONDAY 12th DECEMBER 2011 at 1200 GMT.
